Didn’t show up to scheduled detail appointment. No call or text to let me know it was cancelled. I understand running a business these days is difficult but even a text or call to cancel or reschedule would have been nice.

Please be wary. At first glance all the past reviews on Google are great, however there are no recent reviews. My experience with Convenient Detailing was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. At the onset the detailer wasn’t equipped to do the clay bar treatment or the engine bay cleaning. Once completed he stained my speaker cover, which I pointed out to the detailer which had a gel like liquid on it, and he told me it would dry and go away. The next day the stain was still there and in addition there was a white residue all over the interior the vehicle. The more I looked around the vehicle the worse it got. The roof looked like it was cleaned with a dry broom (it was supposed to be waxed and polished) and there were numerous areas that didn’t look like they were touched. The owner was not forthcoming in taking responsibility. After going back and forth, he was finally going to send the detailer back out to fix everything. We scheduled a time and the detailer never showed up and the owner could not get in touch with him. (Supposedly this is the owners only mobile detailer. It seems that the owner of the website subs out the work, not actual employees.) I requested a refund

Message: I just had my 2008 Toyota Prius detailed, inside and out. Your team does amazing work. They made my 11 year old car look almost new again. I wanted to thank them for an outstanding job. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I will highly recommend your service to everyone I know and to all who ask, as I am sure they will given how great my car looks!

Great group that made the process easy. They brought all their own cleaning supplies directly to home, which was super convenient. They were detailed with their work and cleaned up after themselves. Morristown, NJ
